Per-diem Registered Nurse
Job Title: Registered Nurse (Western MA, Boston Area, Cape Cod and Southcoast MA — Per-diem)
Job Description: This is a per-diem registered nurse case management position. This position is responsible for conducting assessments to determine eligibility for personal care services, as well as on-going support. This is a field-based position, which requires travel throughout the state of Massachusetts.
Education & Work Experience:
- Registered Nurse License.
- At least two years’ experience working with elderly or disabled persons.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Have a vehicle in good working order and be willing to travel.
- Bilingual/multilingual preferred but not required.
Compensation:

- A bachelor’s degree, a social worker license and at least two years’ recent experience working with elderly or disabled adults OR
- A bachelor’s degree and two years’ clinical experience in the care of elderly or disabled persons.

- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Have a vehicle in good working order and be willing to travel.
- Bilingual/multilingual preferred but not required.
